Explanation of Color Codes used in the tables.
Green indicates little to no impact to aviation operations, such as VFR Conditions
Yellow indicates operations may be impacted, such as during MVFR conditions.
Red indicates a major impact, such as IFR conditions.
Magenta indicates extreme impact, such as LIFR conditions.
The following table shows the thresholds for each.

CIG- Ceiling height (NS -No Ceiling)
VIS- Visibility
Wx- Weather (N - None)
WindS- Wind speed
